·         Exercise- this is one of the most effective way to promote activeness in a person. It is seen that when a person works out on a daily basis they are able to life a fit life. It improves the flow of blood in the body of the person that is rushing to the brain of the person. This stimulates the brain and helps it work and function better. It also releases hormones such as endorphin that improves the mood of the person and thus helps in improving and enhancing the energy of a person.
·         Meditation- this is one of the key way that helps a person with getting better energy level. It is seen that when a person meditate for some time everyday they have a better control on the mind of the person and also helps the person stay active.
·         Get enough sunlight- Vitamin D is very important to maintain the brain activity of a person. When we get enough sunlight in the morning it helps in the syntheses if vitamin D that helps a person work and function better. It also prevent the production of melatonin in the body that prevents the person from feeling dill and sleepy.
·         Sleep well- in an average it is seen that a person needs about 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Therefore, it is very important for a person to get enough sleep that helps them work and function well. Also, when we sleep the body produces the needed energy for the person works and function right.
